The food was very tasty and flavorful with ample portion sizes and variety. There were only two primary concerns with the order - (1) the sandwiches are all mixed in the platters and can be difficult to discern when putting on a buffet for a large crowd and (2) the Chicken Caesar Salad was identified as Gluten Free however there were croutons in the mix which caused a little hesitation for individuals needing to remove them during eating.
