Update: I got a very quick reply from Ezcater and they addressed the problem pretty well. (Still won't be tipping the driver anything at all next time until delivery is complete). But I'm satisfied and will use Surcheros and ezcater again. ---------- I was told the food was good, and they accepted my order with very short notice. Very cool! However, they didn't give me half and half tortillas, gave me the wrong rice, and didn't set anything up despite my pre-tipping the driver.
