This lunch order went well. Food was delivered on time and set up was great! However, I did a lunch yesterday (KUQ-JJ6) with Panda Express and the service was terrible. EZCater said the food was cancelled but it wasn’t. The restaurant delivered it. So EZcater cancelled the lunch without checking with the restaurant. Than they ordered from a second restaurant and they delivered food. When I chatted with EZcater they said I can go to review tab and write a review. There is no receipt or way to review the experience. I believe you should give me the 100 points for that since you won’t allow me to review the experience. I use you A LOT and feel this is the least you can do to make it right.

The food is always wonderful from Surcheros! I did not get a notification when the food was on the way, which I typically do for these orders. It arrived a few minutes later than anticipated, but overall we still love ordering Surcheros!
