Food was decent. Main issue was the delivery. I asked for individual packaging and was delivered tray packaging. When I explained to the delivery driver the issue and showed them the receipt which clearly showed individual packaging he said that it was not his problem. I tried compromising and asked that they provide plates and cutlery they said it would be a $50 additional charge. I had to run to the local grocery store and buy the supplies myself, which delayed my event by 45 minutes. Terrible customer service. Main reason I ordered from there was because it said they offered individual packaging.
