The food was delicious, especially the doodles. People seemed pleased! The order said plates/napkins/utensils would be included, but they were not so we had to scramble a bit there. Otherwise, no complaints.

No plates or napkins were included. Also, I think the driver got confused, even though I included navigating tips - tracking indicated they got farther away as the ETA elapsed. Then the status said delivered but reception didn't have it yet, as the driver was still approaching, resulting in added stress and delay.
