While the food was delicious, the service left much to be desired. We had asked the caterer to set up and not only did they stop a block away while it was raining, but they would not move their car and we had to cart the food from their vehicle to the clients office & into our meeting room setting up things ourselves, we also had to return the cart ourselves, and the entire process ate up 20 min of our meeting time and we ran out of time. Given the rush, one of my colleagues cut his finger open as we were moving hasty to set everything up knowing we were already running behind. It was an incredibly stressful experience to set the tone of a very critical meeting, which is a shame as the clients did enjoy the food.
