Suga's Cakery was absolutely DELICIOUS! My employees thoroughly enjoyed all the cupcakes that were delivered and some of them even arrived to the office STILL warm! Their customer service was nothing short of exceptional! Patricia was very communicative, attentive to detail when it came to food allergens, and friendly :). Although my order arrived late, as I noted previously Patricia was very communicative about this and it wasn't a problem. No doubt we will be ordering from this shop again! Thank you Suga's Cakery!

The communication from Suga's Cakery, from time of order to delivery, was customer service at it's best! The Cake and mini cupcakes were very well received! I had people taking pictures of the label to know where we ordered from so they could order in the future. The frosting was not like a typical bakery cake frosting that screams of lard; this was truly a butter cream experience. And the cakes didn't have a dry bite to them! You could smell the cocoa and the vanilla used in these cakes. I've never received so many compliments about a food we've had delivered. Well done Suga's Cakery! We'll be doing this again!

I would give Suga's Cakery 5/5 if they were not 45 minutes late delivering the cake! Once again, the cake was super moist, really flavorful and not overly sweet.

Suga's Cakery is awesome and the cake was moist, flavorful and real hit with the office crowd. Frosting was not too sweet, which was a bonus for a large sheet cake. Suga's Cakery accommodated a last minute change which makes the business exceptional to work with.
