When ordering for a corporate luncheon, we specifically requested for there to be silverware and plates included. For no reason made apparent to us, the silverware was not included, so we had to scramble to find enough plates and silverware for 200 employees. The ribs that were delivered to us were not individually cut, so we had to manually cut them ourselves, which took time away from employees being able to receive their lunches. We received sauces, but there was no indication about what they were for or what food items they were associated with. Delivery experience was great, but overall experience with the restaurant was subpar.
