First time using this “reliability rockstar” rated caterer. Not so reliable. They were 30 min late - with no phone call to let us know - impacting lunch schedules. Instructions were not followed for packaging. This may not seem like a big deal, however, this also negatively impacted the lunch. Cups and ice were also left out.
