I’m always so impressed with eZcater and that’s why you guys are the only vendor I use. I would only go with another delivery service if a restaurant is not on your site. My delivery driver is always in touch with me in real time and always aiming for the best customer service. Also, the ordering process is so easy and simple. I know that is the name of your website, but the fact that in my account prior addresses and orders are saved for easy re-order, is awesome. I also love that if I have an issue come up, the chat connects me with a real person. Not some outsourced robot.
