We ordered the Pasta Trio with salad, hummus, and pita bread from Steam Plant Grill, and it went over very well with our work group. The order was listed as serving 20, and that estimate was accurate — we had 10 people and still had plenty left over to enjoy again the next day. Everything arrived fresh and hot. The hummus was a standout, offering something different from the usual catering options, and the lemon vinaigrette on the salad was a refreshing change. The Tuscany pasta with meatballs and macaroni and cheese were also big hits. A few people mentioned that the fettuccine Alfredo could have used a bit more flavor, but overall, the meal was a hit, and everyone enjoyed it.

Portions are on the larger side. Everyone really liked the sandwich platter.
