When we picked up the order, all the bread especially the bottom ones are HARD as a rock. The avocado has turned black and the food is room temperature. The food is not fresh or has been cooked hours earlier. We were not able to eat the bread but only ate the chicken and veggies. We had to reheat the meat just to be sure it is safe to eat and no bacteria. The chips are good though.
