Upside...The staff loved the food. Downside...I ordered the food to be delivered I on a Friday. I get a call 2 days before on a Wednesday from the driver saying nobody is at the office. I told her the order was for Friday not Wednesday. She apologized but seem annoyed. I double checked my app and sure enough the date was Friday. Her manager messed up the dates. Regardless they made it right and delivered on time on the correct day in the end. I would use again.
During the first true snowfall of the year, they still delivered my breakfast order in a timely manner!
I ordered about $300 worth of food yesterday for a 2 pm meeting at Christian Hospital. Order asked for delivery time of 1:30 pm. I received a call a few minutes before 1 pm from the delivery driver stating the food was delivered and he left the four at the front desk at the hospital. There were 3 bags, 2 of which were heavy with drinks. I had to make multiple trips to carry bags to conference room. By the time I was setting the food up, the boxes were soggy, condescending on the Kolaches, making them soggy. By the 2pm meeting all the food was wet, soggy and cold. I was embarrassed to serve it and it was a huge waste of money. Very disappointed.
