Very disappointed with this order. She sausage wasn't cooked and the beef was more than 50% fat. Ordered 5 lbs. of sausage which cost $100.00 and it tasted like it was heated for for a few seconds in the microwave. No butter provided for the rolls either.

This catering was perfect. We had plenty of food, everyone loved it and they were taking roll after roll after roll!! It was on time, the caterers were so nice and helpful. I love Spring Creek.
