Spoon contacted me on Friday to inform me that they would not label our Monday orders with names (they offer individual orders and group ordering). We had 46 orders. On the day of delivery, they forgot several items and declined to redeliver missing items. The delivery person was fine.

The food was delicious, and the company staff and students enjoyed it. I would say that for the price and what is considered a "full tray" compared to a "half tray" was confusing. The same size tray was used for full and half sizes, and neither looked very different with their contents. I was not sure if they had just made an error when sending in a 9x13 tray of meat for $160 dollars, or if they sent in the half tray. ezCater was quick to help out and took care of us, however, I would recommend being cautious with expectations to the amount of food to cost.

Everyone LOVED it. Portion was great and the beef bow was a hit.
