Ordered the individual fajita packs. While it was nice to have them individually packaged, they used paper containers so it didn't keep the meat warm and the shredded cheese that was included was melted. Would order the catering packs next time so it would be in the aluminum trays and can put on the burners to keep warm while waiting to serve.
