We order from Southern Roots weekly and have been loyal customers, so were disappointed with this experience. The order arrived on time, and the team was responsive when we ordered which is appreciated. However, the sliders were missing from the order, and we were also disappointed that utensils, cups and plates are not included with the catering order.

First time using this company. It was great! Plenty of food and on time.

Good to note that bbq sauce doesn’t come with bbq - unless they forgot it

Southern Roots had tasty pork, but the brisket was heavily salted for our taste.
