We’ve ordered from Southern Roots weekly over the past few months, and while the food has remained consistently good, the customer service has declined. They’ve recently started sending individual boxed lunches without a carrier, which makes it difficult for the delivery driver to bring everything in and often requires me to leave my desk to assist. We appreciate the reliable food quality, but the service experience has become progressively lackluster.

Southern Roots BBQ was a nice change of pace to switch things up for our guests. The mac n’ cheese was especially good, and overall the food was flavorful and satisfying. A solid choice for catering something a little different!
