Giving this first-time supplier a three because the food received was ok. We were missing 1/3 of the order and packaging was poor. Black bean juice all over the place and the ice was melted. I had to wipe counters and mop. Refund was given for undelivered food and poor packaging.

Delicious food. Had to contact the restaurant about an item missing, however, the customer service is above and beyond at Southbound. Will definitely order again!
