We had a great experience with Som Bo NYC—the food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and a big hit with our guests. Everything arrived on time, was well packaged, and the overall service was smooth and professional. One small piece of feedback for large catering orders: if a client selects a single premium protein (e.g., making a large catering option all steak), it would be helpful for the ordering system to clearly show the upcharge during checkout. In our case, the additional cost was applied after the order was placed, which caught us off guard. That said, the quality of the food and service was excellent, and we would absolutely order from Som Bo NYC again.

My office loved it!! I've been ordering from this restaurant since the pandemic and they have never disappointed. I absolutely love this place and will be ordering from them again, the portions are great!
