Good lunch service, came labeled as requested. Some very small protein portion sizes despite specified requests , but great otherwise

What a mess. The main dishes themselves were good tasting, but they just slopped it into "to go" containers and it arrived nowhere near ready to serve. Really destroyed my hopes for a nice mother's day brunch in the park. When I asked the delivery person about it, he shared that they were frantically trying to get it out the door. So I called the restaurant to see if they packaged in a rush or were late, maybe this wasn't the norm. The person I spoke to truly couldn't have cared less. It's a lot to spend for it to look like it came from a fast food joint. My bad for assuming they'd plate the individual dishes closer to what you'd get dining in? But it was literally the sandwich/burrito/french toast tossed into a cardboard container and that was it. The whole thing just felt incomplete. Even if my expectations were off, they could be clearer on this site about what you're getting. At least then everyone would know you're paying a premium and getting super basic.
