The food is always great, and they are promptly on time. This is catering, so it would be nice if they would put the salad on a tray instead of in individual containers for 15 people. They also need to provide serving utensils. Luckily, we have some on-site at work, but others may not.

The food was fantastic!! Wish we received proper serving tools, but luckily, that did not impact us.

I've only had So Italian one other time, at a wedding reception. The only critique then was the team dropped it off and didn't set it up. Absolutely not okay. But the food was really good and everyone enjoyed it. Knew that I wanted to do something nontraditional for our work Thanksgiving meal. Again, the food was good and everyone was full. Here's my two issues. 1.) One driver to unload enough pasta, breadsticks and salad for 130 people? Any delivery that can't be put on one cart and/or brough inside in one trip needs two people. 2.) I realize the pasta has sauce but not to offer extra sides of marinara, alfredo or cheese for the breadsticks was disappointing. Might order again but will definitely order differently.

What a pleasant surprise for this office. They enjoyed the food and were so grateful for lunch.
