There was a mix-up with our order, and it was not ready. The restaurant hurried the order, but it was almost an hour later. They gave us a full refund, which was wonderful. Some items seemed rushed, but a gracious group here still said what whatever wasn't burnt was good! We will try again, but plan to make one call ourselves to confirm and will not only rely on the Ezcater confirmations.
