I highly recommend Smiths Catering. I was concerned it was going to arrive early and be cold, but it wasn't. The owner was very friendly and appreciative of our business. The good was very good!

Selecting this catering company was a risk because I was unfamiliar. However, it was the risk well taken! Not only were they on time but they were kind and the food was AMAZING! The breakfast hash tasted like my grandma made it. The eggs were perfectly seasoned and not dry. You could tell the biscuits were homemade. The attention to detail in the presentation did not go unnoticed. Thank you again for your service and I will be back!

Great job. Food was good. French toast needed help, it turned to mush, maybe parchment paper between slices?
