I am so completely disappointed in this ordering experience. I have used Smiling Moose several times with great results. However this time, the deliver was almost 2 hours late. No calls for update and they lied about how long it would be before the delivery driver arrived. The company only offered a 50% refund, even though by then no one in their right mind would eat sandwiches that had been in a car for that long.
