Food is absolutely delicious and everyone loves it but this is the second time they showed up with no utencils, paper products of silverware even though specifically asked for these items both times. They delivered to our offices across the street and just left our order with reception without calling me so I could guide them to the conf room. Had to track down a cart to lug all of the food to the 7th floor. I won't be ordering again even though the food was great.
