I hate leaving bad reviews, especially from a place I ordered from a lot. I got a call from my providers office where the food was delivered. They told me they were really concerned with the delivery driver because he seemed “really out of it” and they were very concerned and extremely uncomfortable. They also told me the food arrived ice cold. I told ezCater and not even 5 minutes later, I get a call from the owner Raj telling me that the driver had to drive 30 miles (should not have accepted the order than) and that “if I’m not happy that’s ok than just don’t order from them.” I used this restaurant 3 times in less than a week. For the owner to leave me a message telling me that when I was voicing the concerns from my office is unprofessional. I gave them another chance after missing half my order last time and they didn’t bring the utensils or plates either. I would have given them 3 stars if I did not get the rude and distasteful voicemail from the owner. All around a mess.

Ordered a pepperoni and cheese pizza, and they brought 2 cheese pizzas. I ordered 3 sodas and 2 waters, only brought 2 sodas. Delivered on time but got half the order wrong!
