They did not deliver what I ordered. They said they would deliver four deep dish cookies between 3-4p to help right the wrong. They failed to do so.

I can understand when people call off, or companies run out of product. We had a 3:15 delivery scheduled. The driver showed up at around 12:30. Luckily, I was at my desk when he arrived, but he also was missing part of our order. When I asked him about it, he said ezcater would give us a credit for the missing food. They could not deliver at our time or provide what we asked for and instead of canceling the order they showed up when it was convenient for them and dropped off what they had without notice or the opportunity to find an alternative. I appreciate ezcater giving us a discount on the order, but Sinful Sweets is off our list.
