Nothing short of AMAZING! This will definitely hit our rotation. While the schwarma was great, these side salads were a huge hit (and my personal favorites) of cucumber and chick pea salad. The rice was moist and flavorful and the grilled veggie - spot on with a bit of firmness in a world where people usually turn them to mush. I can't say enough positive about this, including the gentlemen who set it up like he could do it in his sleep, with a smile. Oh - and the with the food came a paper to post that shared what was dairy, gluten free, vegetarian, vegan. Absolutely sheer perfection on every level.
