The food was good but very unreliable delivery of food. Previous month ordered food delivery at 11:30 and food arrived over 45 minutes late. Ordered again this month and tried to build in time for any potential delay and requested an 11:15 delivery. Food was delivered at 11:00. I am fine with a 10-15 minute gap in delivery but with lunch at 12:00 and trying to take into account how late the delivery was previously, this was too early. I asked the delivery person about the delivery time and was told that she called me last month about their vehicle breaking down and that’s why the food was so late. I told her I never received that call. Giving her the benefit of doubt, I checked my phone records and there wasn’t any call or message left from the restaurant. I also called EZCater (Erica) and they have no record of the restaurant calling them to inform them of any transportation issue. Very confusing.

The food was good but unfortunately the delivery service they chose was undependable and unreliable. I requested the food be delivered by 11:30 and food wasn’t delivered until 12:15. I received a text notification that the food had been delivered at 11:24 when it wasn’t. Afraid it was delivered to an incorrect location, it was verified that the text was sent “by mistake”! After 3 calls and the driver NOT committing to a delivery time, it was delivered 45 minutes late!

Got the Cajun pasta, salmon and chicken fettuccine and all was excellent. Crowd favorite.
