The food is always a 10/10. This order ended up being late due to commute issues. Based on when the driver left the store, it would have been on time had it not been for traffic and other circumstances. I was a bit panicked as I could not reach anyone at the restaurant. When I called, it kept saying "This number is not available" I called other locations and they confirmed the number for me and still could not get through. Lunch did eventually arrive and it was a huge hit as always and everything was exactly as we wanted it. But I would have loved to have been able to communicate with the store and/or driver so I wasn't frantically wondering where our order was for 20 minutes.

Saw’s has delicious BBQ! The pulled pork and pulled chicken are both terrific!
