Had to cancel the order today, which was a bummer, we enjoyed their food previously. Our order was put in on a Tuesday afternoon and confirmed with the restaurant to be picked up at 11 am Thursday. I'm not sure if it was the volume of 26 individual orders, but when our delivery driver arrived to pick up the food, apparently they had not started making it and so they delivery driver had to leave for another order. When EZCater tried to get into contact with them after leaving voicemails, they finally returned the call 30 minutes later. We were refunded, but I would not call this a reliability rockstar given the lack of communication for the circumstance. Wish they would've just denied the order to allow time to pivot. Finding an alternative for that many people at 11:30 was very stressful.

Excellent catering experience from start to finish. Everything was packaged neatly and labeled correctly, making it incredibly easy to distribute meals to our team. The food was fresh and everyone really enjoyed their selections. Thank you!
