Delicious Latin and diner mash up, it is a favorite around here and we tried a few different breakfast potato variations this time.

So good, ordered a bit too much this time but everyone was stuffed and happy! The chicken and waffles are generous in serving so probably account for half the amount so you don't waste it and they do come more tender style so some of them were a little bit overcooked. No real complaints, food is always good, and I have people ask me for the restaurant name every time so they can go check it out!
