Pasta wasn’t too good and for next order they should send serving utensils

Food was excellent. Staff was so happy. They did not send plates, napkins, cutlery or servicing utensils so plan head if you don’t have them at the office.

I ordered for 18pp and got food in two individually served portions. I was embarrased and very apologetic to the staff. I do not understand what happened since the owner has not reached out to apologize. I had to reschedule the lunch and will not be using Santiago's Restaurant again.
