I received their departure text from the restaurant at 12:17 PM when the delivery time was set to 12:15. I also requested tray packing, and everything was individually packaged. When asked, the delivery driver said that it was their new norm as people usually do not like peppers/onions and are more "customizable", which is great if you want it that way, but that was not my choice.

Food arrived 45 minutes late, there was no hot trays to keep it warm. Also was not enough toppings and sides for the fajita bar.

Food is always great! Plan delivery 15 min before lunch start time bc they were 15-20 min late the 2x I used them. But will use again & just plan accordingly.

Food was good, but it came all in one large catering tin versus separate dishes, where people could make their own burrito bowls
