I recently placed a catering order with Sam’s Delicatessen in Summit, and everything was excellent. Here’s what we tried: Brisket & Gravy – tender, flavorful, and well-seasoned. The gravy was rich without being too heavy. Baby Back Ribs – Fall-off-the-bone Chicken Marsala – Moist chicken with a balanced Marsala sauce. Not too salty Mac & Cheese - OK Overall, the quality and portion sizes were great, and everything arrived fresh and well-prepared.
