UPDATE: owner reached out and offered to make it right, we appreciate and understand everyone has a bad day!! food arrived early, staff was very friendly and helpful, food was awful, hair in one, bone in another, and no flavor

Although it might not be the responsibility of the driver /or restaurant.. the distance to get the food here made the food cold. We had to heat it up but over all the food was good.
