Food was good, driver found location and got food to destination

The drinks that I asked for with this order never arrived. They also did not provide me with the correct amount of silverware (plates) for the amount of people I had despite me making this ask clear when I first placed the order for food. The delivery driver claimed 'it was a madhouse in there' as the reasoning behind why this restaurant failed to provide me with the correct amount of things given how much UI paid for everything.
