Salt + Smoke is a request I get often. The order always arrives on time. It is fresh and hot/cold as appropriate. It was set up by the staff member who was very conscientious about the display being pleasing to the eye; little details that matter. The meat was extremely flavorful, and the mac & cheese was so creamy and delicious. I have always been extremely satisfied with my decision to have an event catered by Salt + Smoke.

First BBQ food of the season for this group; brisket had great flavor and perfect amount of fat. Side dish portions were generous.

Pork and Chicken boxed lunches were popular with Pork being the winner. Didn’t receive any sauces but was told by delivery person that I have to check the sauces while ordering. Gluten free boxed lunches should come plain and not with salad on top,
