The food showed up 30 minutes late with no courtesy call from Ezcater, 3 support reps ended the chat without giving me an update. It was handled very poorly. Usually have a very positive experience.

The food was delicious and well-marked according to folks' individual orders, but it arrived 40 minutes late. That was incredibly disappointing. Our EZcater deliverer was amazing, though!

Guests love all the different options. The burnt end ravioli was a hit! Delivery was on time and setup went smoothly.
