I've ordered one time before and everything was fantastic. We appreciate the on-time delivery. It takes me a little time to open everything up and set-up for customers to make their plates and eat. - Nice, fresh, and very tasty.

This was a very frustrating order. Not only did this order not show up until the literal minute I needed it, they forgot taco shells for a TACO BAR. Upon contacting ez cater, they claimed they could not contact the delivery driver and told me the restaurant wouldnt answer the phone. After 20 minutes of no help, I went to the store myself to buy tortillas so that I could salvage lunch for 30+ employees. Then to top it off, someone at the restaurant called me to argue with me about the tortillas, no apology. They also claimed a manager would followup, they did not. I think this restaurant should be taken off of Ezcater given their poor customer service, untimely deliveries, and lack of attention to detail.
