I placed an online order that arrived right on schedule. The salads were securely sealed without any spillage, crunchy items were properly containerized, and every portion was impressively sized. I got the Open Sesame, Big Macro, Backyard BBQ, and Fiesta Chicken—all of them were delicious. The restaurant clearly maintains exceptional quality standards across their delivery operations.

First want to start off by saying everyone loved the lunch. Used to work in town and Salad House was often our lunch choice in the office, especially since it was a close walk, so we have a lot of familiarity with the place. When I got a message that a side of grilled chicken wasn't with the order, I called EZ Cater. They got in touch with the restaurant, who said it was packed and included. I told the rep that I was looking at photos and it wasn't there so maybe it fell out in the driver's car. They called the driver who said it wasn't there. Ok, no problem, but we still needed the chicken. They called the restaurant again, and they said they would bring some over in 5-10 minutes. Great! While it was brought over, it was found sitting on a bunch of boxes at the entrance to the facility where they were. Only because some people were outside did my colleague find it sitting out there. This would have been a five-star review if it wasn't for that.
