I had a very unprofessional experience picking up a prepaid catering order from Sahara Turkish Grill. The order was placed and confirmed through EZCater and had been rescheduled earlier in the week due to snow. When I arrived for pickup, the staff claimed the food had been made on previous days and initially refused to release the order. When I tried to explain that EZCater handles confirmations and that the order was accepted for that day, the staff member repeatedly raised his voice, talked over me, and became confrontational. He told me I would not receive the food unless I “lowered my tone.” Being yelled at and spoken to that way while picking up a prepaid catering order is completely unacceptable. This situation could have been resolved professionally. Instead, it escalated unnecessarily. I would not recommend using this restaurant for catering.

Food was delicious, arrived on time. Will be ordering from here again
