My large catering order for my birthday party was over two hours late. I had it set for pick up and when my husband arrived to Saffron Valley, they were very confused and could not find the order and even asked if it was sent to the right location (it was). It was clear they forgot about the order even though they wouldn’t admit it. They told him it was coming from Sugarhouse and that they could deliver it to the party instead, but that it would be 30-40 minutes late. The food actually came 2 hours after the original pick up time and my guests did not have anything to eat that entire time. As an apology they gave us a small tray of complimentary basmati rice which we did not need as I cooked my own basmati rice. It was a disappointing experience and I would not recommend them to anyone. We are lucky it was for a birthday party and not something more formal. The only reason I added a star is because we eventually got what we ordered and it was good.

Great lunch experience! The food was packaged well and warm/ready to eat. My only negative was that it was about 20 minutes early so our team had to adjust a little to make sure it did not get cold. Would order again!

First time our SLC1 location had it. They loved it as much as our other locations.

Giving a 4 this time as there wasn't much flavor like we normally have. Otherwise still one of our favorites. Delivery was set for 11:45 and it arrived at 11am. Too early. Very helpful with the set up, we just really need our requested time to be honored.
