I didn’t have a problem on previous orders and our school really likes the food, but this time around the experience was completely different. The order was supposed to arrive at 11:30am, with receiving an alert the order was picked up at 11:22am.. the order was delivered at 1:05pm. I’ve tried contacting the restaurant directly and was unable to get in contact with anyone. EZcater could not contact the driver. Not sure if this is EzCater communication system, the driver itself, or the restaurant lack of communication, but unfortunately this will be my last time ordering from this restaurant and most likely using EzCater.
