WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. They were 30minutes late. The driver and restaurant were rude to both us as a customer and ezCater support. They don't even pick up the phone on a normal day. We had over 100 people waiting.

Unfortunately the order was delivered 15 minutes late and they sent us a pan of partially burnt Mac n cheese.

The food was ready for pickup at the exact time. It was hot, tasty and plentiful. My guests enjoyed the variety of food and flavors. Thank you for making my backyard party a huge success.

Ordered for a Friends & Family Day church dinner and celebration for our Bishop's Birthday. Paula's never disappoints! although this was our first time ordering a full tray of meatloaf - although it was tasty, gravy would have made it even better! I don't know who makes the potato salad... but let me tell you... it's real FOLKSY. it is absolutely the BEST ever and it is ALWAYS Good. My Goodness!! compliments to the chef. I don't know about the delivery complaints but my experience has always been excellent. you will have to meet the driver at the car but so what. small price to pay for such great food
