I have to leave 4 out of 5. Only because, you all always dispatch someone with a language barrier which tanks the experience. The food was hot, fresh, plentiful and packed immaculately! However, it was me setting it up and staging it, because our driver disregarded all of the instructions I left and checked on, and pulled up curb side. Not to worry, I came down with my cart and filled it to the brim and came upstairs and made it happen. But the tip I paid on behalf of BOA and this service truly outlines that ease of access. And although Sabor is amazing in this, that extra step is even more appreciated. If it can't happen, that would be great to know before the day of, minutes before the event is supposed to start.
