Rutt's Cafe and Catering did an excellent job with the flavor and delivery. The food was still warm upon arrival, and the waiter placed all items in the order to be served. Sauces and dressings were provided. Serving utensils were provided. There was more food than expected. Everyone in the organization enjoyed the flavor. The only thing that they can improve upon is the salad. The salad looked old because of the brown edges on the cuts. They need to break up the lettuce by tearing with the hand rather than cutting with a knife. That would prevent the brown edges from forming. Because of the appearance, it was the least food consumed.
