Food is always excellent and on time! Our setup person was nice, too. There was a slight mishap that was caught before catastrophe. The setup was good but they forgot to put water in the heating racks. We started to smell something and realized the pans were burning. One burned a hole in middle before we distinguished it. This was a first and will not stop us from ordering again but please put on radar as this could have been a different story.
