Order was only on time because they were extremely late on our day shift order and I had to stress the importance of making sure this got here on time as this is our nights crew and there is very limited support to get them food there and they are in the office at specific times given when the food will be delivered.

By far the worst experience we have had - not only is this the 3rd time they have called and changed the time for delivery and still been late upwards of 15 -20 minutes after the changed time. This time most of the food was luke warm. We ordered 8 salads with toppings on the side only to get 1 thing of tomatoes, 1 onion, 1 cucumber, 2 croutons, there were no salad dressings for said salad. I had to keep calling to try to figure out where our order was at - We used to order from Rubys multiple times a month- very large $ orders - I will be taking a huge break from them as this is absolutely terrible when you are trying to feed a large office of folks and then have them stand around and just wait for their cold food to get there. The first two times they were late it was able to be looked past because food was all there and hot, but not this time.

Perfet lunch from Ruby's Shake Shack! Lots of fresh & tasty food. Only problem was they did not have anyone to deliver so we had to go pick it up.
