Roxy's was on-time and the food was delicious and the portions were more than generous. Our entire team loved it and was an office hit!

Sizes available for catering a party have changed dramatically! No more large trays (like they've used for years until two yrs ago). There is some obvious inconsistency among the various locations, no direct phone number (only general vm for all locations), except Canby, which called me back and jumped in to help us with more food last minute. Was really wonderful to get a live human on the phone. Won't use Happy Valley 82nd location again, but for now on only Canby.

Food was good but they forgot plates. Delivery guy didn’t speak wa word of English but the food was good

Where do I start? At the time the food was supposed to arrive, I get a text saying it was going to be 15 min late. 20 minutes later I get a text with a live tracker for the delivery driver. He's 17 min out. We had just held a funeral. I had 20 family members waiting to be fed. The food arrives 40 minutes late ....and 13 of the 20 plates of food were MISSING the meat. Seriously. You box up rice, mac salad, and noodles, close the box and write Shoyu on it then don't put the meat in the box?? Roxy's wouldn't pick up their phone (VM only), EZ Cater couldn't get a hold of them. So...we had to go to Fred Meyer and buy fried chicken as the protein. We sat down to cold rice and noodles and our improvised protein ONE HOUR after we were supposed to start our meal. What a way to end an already emotional day. I also feel bad for the very kind delivery driver who had one hour of his day wasted. He had arrived at Roxy's with plenty of time to get our food and drive it to us on time.
