EZ Cater was one time if not a bit early. Everything we ordered was correct. The only complaint I have is that the delivery guy took a quick photo and left before I could verify everything was correct.

I generally love Roti and it is my go-to lunch provider. And it's a plus that their boxed lunches come in compostable containers. However, this time around I was disappointed that salmon was not on the list of proteins. I went to Whole Foods to buy salmon separately to add to a couple of vegetarian meals, but Roti salmon is tastier. Too bad they don't include it on the list, and could not accommodate my request to provide their salmon in the order. (For $100 you can buy salmon for 10, but I needed for only 4 ppl.) We also tried the fire-roasted corn and were disappointed as it had no flavor. All in all, Roti is still a great place to order from, but they should improve the protein selections.
