Rosako's driver had some car trouble, but they were extremely professional, reached out as quickly as they could to let us know about the delay, and when the food was delivered our conference attendees specifically named it the best food of the week

The food was wonderful. However, in spite of requesting serving utensils (including forks, and even tongs to serve the food) nothing was provided. The driver was 20 minutes late and did not seem to care. I had 130 people lined up to eat and the driver was very blase about being late.
